Dopo il benvenuto del Vicario Prof.ssa Rina Lazzaro, l’incontro con gli Allievi e i Docenti dell’IPSSAR, che è stato definito da loro bellissimo! Hanno visitato i vari laboratori (informatica, ricevimento, sal/bar, cucina, ecc) e partecipato alla elaborazione del menu nei laboratori di cucina e pasticceria. Giornata molto gradita.

Visit and teaching activities of the Vocational State Hotel School of Soverato (IPSSAR)
Today the students of the Culinary Institute St. Pius X visited the Vocational State Hotel School of Soverato (IPSSAR). After the welcome of the Vicar Prof. Rina Lazzaro, they met the students and the teachers of the IPSSAR, which was defined by them beautiful! They visited the various laboratories (computer, reception, sal / bar, kitchen, etc.) and they have participated in the preparation of the menu in the kitchen and the bakery laboratory. It was a very pleasant day.
